Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled UPVC Window and door Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of windows and doors in a professional manner.

This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Duties

Measure before removing windows
Install windows, ensuring they are plumb, level, and secure.
Work with various materials to ensure proper fitting and finishing.
Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installation processes.
Read surveys thoroughly and understand installation requirements.

Skills

Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to window fitting.
Strong understanding of building regulations and safety standards.
Ability to read schematics accurately for effective installation.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality workmanship.
Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve lifting, standing for long periods, and working at heights.
Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and team members effectively.
