Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organisation within various settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and guests. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for cleanliness and customer service to contribute to a professional and friendly atmosphere.

Duties

Clean and sanitise designated areas.
Change bed linens and replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels
Perform general tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
Assist with specialised cleaning tasks as required, including deep cleans or specialised treatments
Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest or client requests courteously and efficiently
Follow health and safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications

Previous experience in a hotel, or commercial cleaning is highly desirable
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
Experience in hospitality or customer service roles is advantageous
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends if required

This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be organised, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional service in a professional setting.

Applicants must live locally or have their own form of transport and be available weekends in addition to weekdays

Pay: £12.71 per hour
