Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in garden maintenance or a similar role
- RHS qualified (Level 2 or higher preferred)
- A full UK driving licence
- Good plant knowledge and a strong understanding of garden aesthetics
- A positive attitude and a team-focused mindset
