Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales strategies and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong management capabilities, a proven track record in B2B sales, and expertise in leveraging Salesforce for customer relationship management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth, develop innovative marketing campaigns, and lead a talented team towards achieving strategic objectives. A background in analysis skills and leadership is essential to succeed in this position.

Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share and increase revenue streams.
Manage and oversee the sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve targets.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients, identifying new business opportunities.
Utilise Salesforce to track customer interactions, analyse sales data, and optimise sales processes.
Coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
Lead the planning and execution of promotional events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Monitor performance metrics regularly and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
Collaborate with product development teams to align marketing initiatives with product offerings.

Proven management experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
Strong background in B2B sales with a demonstrated ability to close high-value deals.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and analysing data.
