Full job description

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Media & Marketing Executive to join our team for this in-person role.

The successful candidate will help create engaging content, manage our online presence, and support marketing activity across our premium equestrian brands. This is a varied role covering social media, photography, video, design, websites, and content creation.

The Role

Create, plan, and manage content across social media channels, including scheduling, engagement, and monitoring performance
Plan, shoot, and edit photography and video content for websites, social media, campaigns, and marketing materials
Create short-form video content and platform-specific social media content
Write engaging copy for websites, blogs, product pages, and marketing materials
Design creative assets using Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro
Manage and update WIX websites
Support customer and retailer communications through email newsletters and digital updates

Location: Kingston, Canterbury (own transport required due to remote location)

Hours: Monday–Thursday, 30-40 hours over 4 days onsite (flexible between 7am–7pm)

Salary: £28,000+ pro rata based on 40 hours p/w, depending on experience.

Dress code: Casual
