Job Description

We are looking for someone who:

Plans enriching learning experiences, inspires curiosity and holds high aspirations for every child
Has experience in Early Years/KS1
A self‑motivated pro-active teacher
Is a pioneer and an innovator, eager to try new ideas
Reflects deeply on their practice and continually seeks improvement
Draws on research to inform and strengthen teaching
Is passionate about making a genuine difference to children’s lives
Collaborates effectively and contributes positively to a team
Is ready to take on subject leadership and make a wider impact across school following completion of ECT
Is flexible and willing to teach across different year groups
Wants to be involved in all aspects of school life, for example, residentials and wider school events

The position is fixed-term for one year, with potential for extension.
