Full job description

We are looking for a reliable Inventory & Office Administrator to support our daily operations. This role involves managing stock, listing products online, printing shipping labels, and handling general office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

List new products accurately on online marketplaces or internal systems.
Print shipping labels and prepare orders for dispatch.
Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring inventory records are accurate.
Receive, check, and organize incoming stock.
Perform general office administration, including filing, data entry, and responding to emails.
Maintain accurate records and assist with day-to-day operational tasks.

Requirements:

Good computer skills and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in stock control, product listing, or office administration is an advantage.
