Job Description:
We are currently hiring for a Full-Time Machine Operator/Assembler role on a 3-month fixed-term contract in Ashford. The position involves working on various tasks such as Machine Operator, trimming, brassing, foiling, and assembling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform trimming, brassing, foiling, and assembly tasks.
- Machine Operator
- Follow detailed work instructions and maintain product quality.
- Report any machine issues or quality defects to setters or chargehands.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
- Work assigned part-time day shifts only (Monday to Friday).
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production role is a plus.
- Ability to handle both manual and machine-supported tasks.
- Good attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with flexibility for daytime work.
Contract Details:
- 3-month fixed-term contract
