Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive team at Goldilocks Nursery Ashford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about working with children and committed to providing high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS.

About the role:
You will be working as part of a team to create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, play and thrive. You will support children’s development through engaging activities, meaningful interactions and strong relationships with families.Key Responsibilities:

Support the learning and development of children in line with the EYFS
Plan and deliver engaging activities based on children’s interests and next steps
Build positive relationships with children, parents and carers
Complete observations and contribute to assessments
Ensure a safe, clean and inclusive environment at all times
Work as part of a team to maintain high standards across the nursery

What we are looking for:

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
Knowledge of the EYFS
A caring, enthusiastic and positive attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
