Labourer / Fireplace Installer Assistant
Immediate Start Available – Full Time Position
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Labourer to join our busy and growing team of fireplace installers offering holiday pay, pension contributions, and the opportunity to develop within a well-established family run business.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials, fireplaces, and equipment.
- Supporting fireplace installers and skilled tradespeople on-site.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- Operating basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Assisting with installations and general site duties as required.
- Following all health and safety procedures and site regulations.
- Working efficiently as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
- Participating in training to develop skills and industry knowledge.
Requirements & Skills
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Good level of physical fitness and ability to carry out manual work.
- Comfortable working at heights when required.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic understanding of health and safety practices.
- Previous construction or labouring experience is beneficial, but not essential.
