Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Caravan Park Warden to oversee the daily operations of our picturesque caravan park in. This role involves ensuring the safety, organisation, and satisfaction of our guests while maintaining the park’s facilities and environment. The successful candidate will possess st, a welcoming hospitality demeanour, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest services. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about outdoor leisure, community engagement, and providing memorable holiday experiences.

Responsibilities

Enforce park rules and regulations to ensure a secure environment for all visitors
Address guest enquiries or concerns promptly, delivering outstanding guest services with professionalism and courtesy
Promote a friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews

Experience

Strong background in guest services with excellent communication skills
Knowledge of park operations or outdoor recreation environments is advantageous
Proven ability to organise tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Experience in conflict resolution and handling guest complaints diplomatically is beneficial
