About the role
We are looking for a confident, organised, and proactive Marketing, Community & Sales Coordinator to support the growth of My Aesthetics Business and selected areas of Mike Sherwood Business Coaching.
This is a hands-on role supporting marketing, community management, webinar and event promotion, lead follow-up, and lower-ticket sales within the aesthetics sector.
You will work closely with Mike Sherwood and help promote coaching programmes, webinars, workshops, communities, exhibitions, and lighter-touch business services for aesthetic practitioners and clinic owners.
Key responsibilities
- Support marketing activity for webinars, workshops, coaching offers, communities, and events
- Help create, organise, and repurpose content for email, social media, WhatsApp, video, and other channels
- Support email campaigns, nurture sequences, and follow-up activity in GoHighLevel
- Help manage WhatsApp groups, communities, onboarding, reminders, and member communication
- Follow up leads from webinars, events, campaigns, and inbound enquiries
- Take discovery calls and sales calls for lower-ticket offers where appropriate
- Help explain and sell template websites and lighter-touch services linked to the brand
- Keep lead activity organised in the CRM
- Support the planning, promotion, delivery, and follow-up of webinars, workshops, and exhibitions
- Help create promotional content and appear on camera where needed
- Represent the brand professionally at selected events and online

Useful experience
Experience in any of the following would be helpful, although training can be provided:
- Marketing coordination
- Social media support
- Email marketing
- CRM systems, especially GoHighLevel
- Sales follow-up
- Community management
- Event or webinar coordination
- Client support
- Coaching, training, beauty, aesthetics, wellness, or small business services
What success looks like
Success in this role means marketing activity is more consistent, leads are followed up quickly, communities are well managed, webinars and events are organised properly, and Mike has stronger support with day-to-day coordination, chasing, and follow-up.
