About the Role
Dani Organics USA is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Control Assistant to join our growing team based in Hersden, Canterbury.
This role is ideal for someone with previous food industry experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of quality, compliance, and food safety requirements.
As we operate primarily with the US market, flexibility is required as working hours will not follow a standard UK schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain product specifications and quality documentation.
- Prepare Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and customer technical documents.
- Coordinate product samples and laboratory testing.
- Maintain supplier and customer compliance records.
- Complete questionnaires, declarations, and technical documentation.
- Support quality investigations and customer enquiries.
- Assist with audits, certifications, and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure all quality records are accurate, organised, and up to date.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience within the food manufacturing, food ingredients, or food distribution industry.
- Experience working in a Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Technical, or Compliance role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
