Here at Medical Engineering Technologies (MET Ltd), we’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Quality Assurance Manager to lead our Dover site, while working closely with quality leaders across the wider Cormica Group, including teams in Bradford, Gosport and our international locations in the USA and Germany. This is a highly visible role with genuine scope to shape systems, influence culture and drive continuous improvement both locally and across the wider organisation.

The Role

Lead and oversee Quality Assurance activities, ensuring compliance with ISO 17025, expected familiarity with GMP and FDA 21 CFR 820, and other regulatory requirements
Develop, implement and continuously improve quality systems, policies and SOPs
Manage audits, investigations, non-conformances and supplier quality, driving effective corrective and preventive actions
Lead, coach and develop a team of Quality Specialists, fostering a culture of quality and accountability
Act as the Management Representative for regulatory matters and liaise with certification bodies
Support health, safety and risk management, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
Collaborate with UK and international sites to align quality standards and share best practice

What We’re Looking For

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Six Sigma, Lean methodologies and data-driven continuous improvement
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly
A proactive, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
Experience leading, mentoring and developing high-performing teams
Excellent planning, organisational and project management skills
Confidence in representing the business externally and delivering presentations
A self-motivated, resilient and ethical approach to leadership
