We are looking for an ambitious and proactive Marketing & Brand Executive to join our growing team. This is a varied role offering the opportunity to work across two exciting brands, including supporting the development and launch of a new brand from the ground up.
Working closely with the Brand Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of the business, from marketing and brand development to customer service, sales support, and day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to play a key part in growing a business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Brand Manager in the day-to-day management and growth of multiple brands.
- Assist with the creation and development of a new brand, including branding, marketing materials, and launch activities.
- Manage and respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
- Provide sales support by preparing quotations, following up leads, and assisting customers throughout their journey.
- Create and schedule content for social media platforms.
- Assist with website updates, product listings, and content creation.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Monitor marketing performance and report on campaign results.
- Help maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks as required.
- Work closely with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure a high standard of service.

Desired Experience

- Experience using Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Experience with CRM systems, website management, or design software is advantageous but not essential.

Pay: £27,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
