Door Canvasser / Door-to-Door Sales Representative
Location: Burnley & Surrounding Areas

Pay: £25,000–£35,000 OTE + Uncapped Commission
About the Role
We are looking for confident and motivated Door Canvassers to join our growing solar energy team. Your role will involve speaking directly with homeowners, introducing them to the benefits of solar energy, and generating qualified leads and appointments for our sales team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, working outdoors, and earning strong commission through performance.
Responsibilities
- Canvass residential areas and speak with homeowners
- Promote solar energy solutions and explain key benefits
- Generate interest and book appointments for the sales team
- Represent the company professionally at all times
- Work towards weekly and monthly targets
- Record lead information accurately
Requirements
- Confident and friendly personality
- Strong communication skills

- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous door-to-door or sales experience preferred but not essential

Pay Structure
- Basic salary available depending on experience
- Commission paid per qualified appointment and completed sale
- Weekly bonuses and incentives available
- Realistic OTE £35,000+
