As we continue to expand our global presence, we are seeking an ambitious and hands-on Global Marketer to take ownership of our marketing strategy, strengthen our brand position, and drive lead generation across international markets.

The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the UK Business Operations Manager and working closely with senior leadership, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a global marketing strategy, initially focused equally across our UK and US operations.
You will collaborate on marketing activity across digital channels, events, content creation, brand development and customer engagement, helping to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads and support business growth.
This role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to shape the future direction of marketing within a growing international business.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Create annual marketing plans, campaigns and budgets.
- Identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and revenue growth.
- Work closely with senior leadership and US marketing team to ensure marketing activities support wider business goals.
Digital Marketing
- Lead and manage digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
- Develop SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
- Manage social media platforms, including LinkedIn and emerging channels.
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows.
- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities to improve engagement.
Content Creation & Brand Development
- Create or oversee the development of high-quality marketing content including:
- Brochures
- Case studies
- Website content
- Videos
- Presentations
- Product literature
- Social media content
- Develop a structured approach to collecting visual content from manufacturing facilities and customer locations.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications and marketing materials.
- Support the introduction and development of any future group brands.
Website Management
- Collaborate with the US team to develop the company's global website.
- Maintain website content, product information and marketing resources.
- Monitor website performance and implement improvements based on analytics and user behaviour.
- Support website SEO and lead generation initiatives.
Campaign Management
- Plan, execute and optimise integrated marketing campaigns.
- Drive lead generation activities through digital, print and event marketing.
- Develop customer engagement strategies that support sales growth.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets and reporting.
Events & Exhibitions
- Support the planning and promotion of exhibitions, trade shows and customer events.
- Coordinate marketing materials and event communications.
- Work with partners, customers and industry organisations to maximise event success.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using:
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- HubSpot
- Social media analytics platforms
- Produce regular performance reports and recommendations.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, operations and customer service teams.
- Support lead management and follow-up processes.
- Ensure marketing and commercial activities remain aligned.
Business Support
- During peak periods, assist the office team with customer quotations and enquiries.
- Develop a strong understanding of customer requirements and market opportunities.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
Essential
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally with responsibility for campaign management and strategy.
- Strong digital marketing experience including SEO, content marketing, email marketing and social media.
- Experience using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable
- Marketing Degree, CIM qualification or equivalent professional qualification.
- Experience within manufacturing, industrial, engineering or B2B sectors.
- Experience managing websites and CMS platforms.
- Experience organising exhibitions and trade events.
- Basic graphic design and video editing experience.
