Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Motorhome Technician, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and quality of our motorhomes. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work with a variety of mechanical systems, troubleshoot issues, and deliver exceptional service to our customers. Your expertise will help customers hit the road with confidence and peace of mind.

Duties

Perform comprehensive inspections and diagnostics on motorhome systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and chassis components
Use hand tools and power tools to repair, replace, or upgrade mechanical parts and systems
Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake adjustments, tire rotations, and fluid checks
Troubleshoot mechanical issues accurately and efficiently to identify root causes
Document all repairs and maintenance performed in detailed service reports
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service orders and customer satisfaction
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, especially those unique to motorhomes or RVs
Proficiency in using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and socket sets
Experience with power tools for various repair tasks
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to follow technical manuals and repair instructions precisely
Good communication skills to explain repairs clearly to customers and team members
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
