We are an international printing and marketing design organisation with over 50 years of experience. We are currently seeking a Full Time – Digital Press Operator / Designer / Print Finisher who is looking to build a career and develop their future in digital print, design, and marketing.
We offer all aspects of design, marketing and print solutions to our customers. Our clients range from small independent businesses to large blue-chip companies. We design, print, and offer a vast range of products for our customers such as business cards, flyers, brochures, logos, menus, signage, promotional products, clothing and much more.

Our team is looking for an experienced, motivated, and high-performing Production Operative who will manage our branding machines from start to finish. Working in a fast-paced environment they will create digital branding proofs, manage stock for orders, set machines up with the correct materials and select the relevant machine function.
We are looking for an operative who has experience in working across many branding techniques (Large Format Print, Print and Print Finishing). We are looking for an individual who is hardworking, resilient, detail orientated and have effective communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating digital branding proofs and artwork for print.
- Print Production running a Xerox printing device, including finishing, binding, and packing, THIS IS NECESSARY. Please do not apply if you do not have experience in using and running a digital press.
- Customer service and internal sales
- Dealing with new and existing clients on the phone, by email and face to face.
- Experience in running Large Format Printing Machines.
- Managing stock levels and performing monthly stock takes.
- Managing production schedules.
- Manual handling requiring a reasonable level of physical fitness.
- Ensuring highest levels of quality control are achieved and maintained.
- Upholding health and safety through following safe working practices and maintaining a safe working environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- This job is in person based only, must be able to commute to Tamworth.
- 2+ years’ experience in similar roles preferred.
- Knowledge of Graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite Or Corel Draw).
- Strong teamwork ethic and enjoys developing good working relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Enthusiasm for developing knowledge of new systems and working processes.
- Combine a creative eye with keen attention to detail, to ensure exceptional levels of quality control.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Have strong IT skills with an aptitude for getting to grips with new software.
- Be a reliable timekeeper comfortable with managing challenging deadlines.
- Able to keep working areas clean and tidy.
- Comfortable working independently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,785.00-£26,000.00 per year
