Building Management Advisor x 3 - CMB2542e

Job description

Salary: £38,220 to £39,152 per annum

Hours: 37 hours per week

Location: To be confirmed

Contract: Permanent

Purpose of the role

Support the Building Management Coordinator to deliver a high-quality, compliant building management service across all Cumberland Council assets.
Act as a single point of contact for advice and support to Directorates, working in partnership to manage buildings effectively. Maintain accurate asset and compliance data in the CAFM system (Concerto) and support Building Managers in meeting compliance requirements.
Work closely with the Corporate Health and Safety Team, Property Surveyors, and Engineers to ensure effective compliance assessments and adherence to health and safety standards.
Liaise with the Capital Programme team to ensure all asset changes and related health and safety information are accurately updated in Concerto.
