Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable 360 Excavator Operator/Groundworker to join our team.

Duties

Operate 360 excavators safely and efficiently to undertake excavation, loading, and other tasks
Support labouring tasks such as moving materials, assisting with site set-up and maintaining a clean work environment
Conduct routine inspections of machinery to ensure safety and operational standards are met
Collaborate with the team to ensure project deadlines are achieved while adhering to health and safety regulations
Support in the mobilisation and demobilisation of equipment on-site as required

Requirements

Proven experience operating 360 excavators
Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance checks and troubleshoot machinery issues
Physical fitness and stamina to perform labouring duties and operate machinery for extended periods
Strong understanding of health and safety protocols
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and schedules

This role is ideal for individuals with a solid background in plant operation and seeking a hands-on position as part of a team.

Pay: From £14.14 per hour
