Hazlewoods is proud to be one of the largest independent chartered accountants and business advisers in the Southwest, with over 600 dedicated professionals across Gloucestershire, Bristol, and Cardiff.

We are seeking a dynamic law graduate to join our team of experts. If you are passionate, driven, and ready to contribute to a growing company, we want to hear from you!

Role and responsibilities include:

Register new entities under the Companies Act 2006, including companies limited by shares and guarantee, unlimited companies and LLPs.
Provide annual company secretarial services to UK private companies.
Preparation of confirmation statements with and without share changes.
Monitoring changes in share ownership.
Identifying persons with significant control.
Preparation of board minutes and associated paperwork to appoint and resign officers.
Communicating with clients and liaising with senior leadership.
Legal research to respond to queries.
Assist with invoicing and reviewing WIP.

Requirements:

UK law graduate.
Self-motivated and proactive with attention to detail.
Grade 5 (C) in English and Maths
Desire to become a subject specialist.
Ability to communicate confidently at all levels.
Experienced in a client/customer facing role.
Organised and a self-starter.
