Paid Media Account Manager
Location: Remote (Shrewsbury, UK based)
Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 (DOE)

Role Summary:
The Account Manager is the owner of performance across a portfolio of accounts. You’ll manage client relationships day-to-day, drive campaign optimisations, and play a key role in developing testing plans and improvement strategies in collaboration with the Paid Media Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the daily management and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and other social platforms where required.
- Monitor pacing and performance against client targets (ROAS, CPA, etc.)
- Create and deliver weekly/monthly reports with meaningful insights
- Support the creation and implementation of testing roadmaps and Account Development Plans
- Manage budgets and ensure accurate spend forecasting
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients, responding to tactical requests and providing campaign updates
- Brief Account Executives and review their outputs to ensure quality
- Work with the Paid Media Lead and SAMs on strategic initiatives
- Contribute to internal process improvements and best practice sharing
