About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Paint Sprayer to join our growing manufacturing team, specialising in the production of high-quality glamping pods. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail and pride in your work are essential. You'll be responsible for preparing and spray-finishing timber and interior components to create durable, premium-quality finishes. Spray application is commonly used in factory production because it provides a consistent, high-quality finish while improving efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare timber and composite surfaces by sanding, filling, cleaning and masking.
- Apply primers, stains, paints and protective coatings using spray equipment.
- Ensure a smooth, even, high-quality finish on all glamping pod components.
- Inspect completed work and carry out any touch-ups where required.
- Maintain spray guns and equipment to a high standard.
- Follow production schedules while maintaining excellent quality.
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures.
About You
- Previous experience as a paint sprayer, furniture sprayer, joinery sprayer or industrial paint sprayer.
- Experience spraying timber products is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
- Good time management and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Knowledge of air-assisted spray systems is desirable.
