Full job description

We are a busy, growing independent estate agency specialising in residential sales, lettings and property management. Committed to delivering outstanding customer service, we are seeking to appoint a highly organised Sales & Lettings Administrator to provide reliable administrative and operational support to the Sales & Lettings team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with exceptional customer service skills who thrives in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Respond to incoming telephone calls, emails, web/portal enquiries and in‑person visitors.
Prepare marketing materials that highlight property key features and selling points.
Maintain online and shop‑floor property listings and ensure accurate property, client and tenant records.
Support the monitoring of property sales and lettings from offer and acceptance through to move‑in, liaising with solicitors, buyers and vendors.
Process tenancy applications and references, including conducting Right to Rent and AML checks.
Support the drafting of tenancy agreements and associated lettings paperwork.
Respond to tenant‑reported emergency repairs and maintenance issues, liaising with approved contractors and arranging emergency call‑outs where necessary.
Participate in the out‑of‑hours emergency contact rota.
Occasionally holding and monitoring the company emergency mobile phone outside normal office hours.
