Master Scheduler

? Location: Redditch
? Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE + Competitive Benefits

Are you an experienced Master Scheduler looking for your next challenge? This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in operational capacity planning and demand forecasting within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process to create accurate, achievable operational plans.
Maintaining detailed load and capacity plans to optimise resources and meet customer commitments.
Ensuring the Master Production Schedule (MPS) aligns with business objectives and production capabilities.
Providing accurate demand forecasts and supplier signals using MRP or Kanban triggers.
Supporting NPI, rate readiness, and load/capacity reviews with customers.
Driving improvements in KPIs such as OTIF, plan adherence, and slow-moving WIP.
Maintaining system accuracy in EFACS/SAP, ensuring up-to-date forecasts and lead times.
Supporting long-term resource and recruitment planning through robust workload forecasting.
Collaborating on CAPEX planning to identify critical equipment and mitigate capacity challenges.

What Our Client Are Looking For:

Proven strong experience in a senior planning role, ideally in heavy manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of supply chain management, from material availability to subcontract processes.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience in developing planning tools.
Understanding of aerospace accreditations and customer gateways (desirable).
A proactive problem-solver with strong communication and teamwork skills.

This position is based in Redditch which is easily accessible from Droitwich, Bromsgrove, Alcester, Studley, South Birmingham, Solihull, Worcester, Kidderminster, and Stourbridge.
