Full job description

1. Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and reliable Property Administrator and Personal Assistant to support a busy property management company with a wide range of administrative, operational and personal assistant tasks.

This is not a fully remote role. The successful candidate will need to attend our office in Prestwich, Manchester, ideally Monday - Thursday.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities across business, property and occasional personal administration.

This role would suit someone who is practical, organised, calm under pressure and able to follow through properly on tasks.

2. Main Responsibilities

Manage inboxes, reminders and schedules
Follow up emails, calls, tasks and meetings
Help organise daily priorities and make sure important matters are not missed
Coordinate property tasks including repairs, tenants, contractors and apartment listings
Communicate confidently with tenants, contractors, suppliers and other contacts
Prepare forms, simple documents, messages and basic correspondence
Make routine payments, track receipts and basic bookkeeping
Assist with general office and business administration
Provide personal assistant support, including diary support, reminders, follow ups and helping keep tasks moving
Assist with occasional personal administration where required

3. Essential Skills

Strong organisation
Clear written and spoken communication
Reliable, discreet and willing to learn
Good work ethic and punctuality
Able to prioritise tasks
Good attention to detail
Comfortable using email, WhatsApp, online forms and basic office systems
Able to work independently once shown what to do

4. Desirable

PA or admin experience
Property management or lettings experience
Experience dealing with tenants, contractors or suppliers
Tech confident
Comfortable making calls and following up tasks confidently

5. Hours and Salary

Around 4 hours per day in the afternoon.

Working hours would fall sometime between 1pm and 7pm. Exact hours can be discussed, but we are looking for someone who can provide regular day to day support.

Salary £13 to £15 per hour, depending on experience.
