About Us
We are a small, independent high street firm known for our approachable and professional service. We offer a supportive and friendly working environment where every member of the team plays an important role.

The Role
We are looking for a Legal Secretary/Assistant to support our Civil Litigation Department.

Duties will include:

Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence
File management and administrative support
Liaising with clients in a professional and empathetic manner
Managing diaries, appointments, and general office duties

Previous experience in a legal secretary or assistant role ( litigation preferred)
Strong typing and administrative skills
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Good communication skills and a professional manner
A dependable and proactive attitude
