You’ll step into two existing MF Dance schools in Weston Super Mare with support, training and systems already in place.
On a Monday and Thursday evening to start . . . with the opportunity to open more locations and build a team to work under you as your schools grow.
As you grow within the company, there will also be opportunities to:
- Increase your hours and income by opening new locations, with full investment of marketing and support.

Your Role
- Lead high-energy dance classes for children aged 3–17
- Create a fun, encouraging and inspiring environment
- Choreograph routines for showcases, performances and gradings
- Follow our MF Dance processes and curiculum
- Support students in building confidence and life skills
- Help mentor junior instructors and scholarship students
- Represent MF Dance with positivity and professionalism
- Support the growth of your schools by taking part of marketing activities ( full training investment and support given)
- Help grow a strong dance community locally
- Ability to be flexible to cover other team members from time to time across Bristol/ Somerset

Essential:
- Dance experience in street/commercial/hip hop/performance
- Teaching or assisting experience
- Driver with access to a vehicle
- DBS check required (we can help arrange this)
- First Aid certificate ( will be provided)
