We are seeking a specialist Resourcing Technical Compliance and Systems Supervisor to lead the effective operation, security, and development of the Trust’s resourcing and rostering systems. The post holder will be the Trust’s expert for GRS, acting as the first point of contact for system queries, enhancements, and user access governance, while keeping abreast of market developments and advising on best‑fit solutions.
This pivotal role will ensure the accurate recording and management of contracted hours, bank and overtime hours, and all absence data, with accountability for pay accuracy in line with Agenda for Change, contractual terms, Trust policies, and legal requirements.
As a workforce data specialist, you will ensure the availability of high‑quality workforce information to support effective workforce and vehicle utilisation, service planning, performance monitoring, and service development across the Trust.
The post holder will maintain expert knowledge of roster and workforce systems, monitoring developments across the marketplace and advising the Trust on the most suitable resourcing solutions. Acting as the first point of contact for all GRS system queries and enhancements, the role holds responsibility for system security, including the setup, maintenance, and review of user access rights.
The role ensures the accurate recording of contracted, bank and overtime hours, as well as all absence data, and is accountable for ensuring pay accuracy in line with Agenda for Change, contractual terms, Trust policies, and legal requirements.
The post holder will also ensure the provision of high‑quality workforce data to support workforce and vehicle utilisation, service planning, performance monitoring, and service development.
