Your mission
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our European Project Management Office on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave from August 2026 to October 2027.
As a Project Manager, you’ll take the lead in managing complex, cross-functional, international programs that drive real business value. You'll support the entire project lifecycle—from initiation and planning to delivery and closure—ensuring alignment to business strategy, stakeholder expectations, and high-quality outcomes.
Working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners across Europe, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the expected quality standards while supporting the successful adoption of change across the organization.
This role is ideally based in our Watford office; however, we may also consider candidates based in another European country.
What you will do
You will be responsible for managing projects throughout their full lifecycle, ensuring alignment between business objectives, project governance and stakeholder expectations.
Project Initiation
Set up the Project Organisation including the change management approach.
Facilitate value stream mapping (AS IS), and initial business requirements workshops aimed at creating detailed business requirements including financial impact and ROI, to be presented to the Project Board for approval
Project Planning
Prepare and allocate the costs associated with the project for the sponsor’s approval.
Manage the vendor selection process, including contract negotiations for the selected vendor.
Facilitate Design workshops and finalize the scope.
Create a project plan in consultation with the relevant internal customers.
Ensure that the project team is engaged and allocated resources are available within the framework of the project plan to guarantee the realisation of the project objectives.
Project Delivery
Realise the implementation of the project and the change management plans.
Ensure quality standards and the change management stream are realised and met.
Submit regular reports and communications within the framework of the project plan and according to the PMO standards so that the project objectives and benefits approved by the Project Board are laid down in the Project Charter can be met.
Project Closure
Identify gaps and develop actions to sustain change management outcomes.
Guarantee the relevant knowledge and documentation (including Process Flows, SIPOC and Value Stream Mapping TO BE) transfer to the final internal or external stakeholders.
Ensure successful closure, celebrate success, and make sure the lessons learned are documented, archived, and shared with the stakeholders
What we ask for
Previous Project Management experience within an international organization.
Experience delivering business transformation, IT or CRM-related projects.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with Project Management tools such as MS Project, Jira or Azure DevOps.
Knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.
Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) is desirable.
Change Management experience or certification (e.g. Prosci) would be an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.
Excellent written and spoken English. Additional European languages are a plus
