About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive Groug Resourcing Manager to drive recruitment and workforce planning across our UK Group. You’ll work closely with HR to spot resourcing gaps, shape our hiring strategy, and run high‑impact recruitment campaigns. The Group Resourcer will report directly to you, supporting delivery across all vacancies.
You’ll take ownership of our recruitment approach, managing agencies, standardising TOBs, strengthening direct advertising, and upskilling managers to ensure confident, first‑time‑right selection.
This role is central to reducing agency spend, speeding up time‑to‑hire, and boosting employer attractiveness. You’ll build clear reporting on agency vs direct hire, cost per hire, and time to hire to drive smarter, data‑led decisions.
Location: Bicester
Flexibility required to travel to our other sites as and when required.
Your key responsibilities as Group Resourcing Manager will be:

Partner with the Group HRD and HR Delivery team to design and deliver a modern, effective recruitment approach.

Elevate how we attract, assess and hire talent across the Group.

Build forward‑looking resourcing pipelines (including Drivers) to cut agency reliance.

Regularly assess competitiveness and ensure our offer stands out.

Oversee all Group advertising channels and campaigns.

Review our Applicant Tracking System and ensure processes fit business needs.

Lead recruitment for key, technical and managerial roles.

Ensure managers understand and follow best‑practice recruitment steps.

Support the creation of clear, realistic and role‑ready JDs.
What We’re Looking For
-
3+ years in a senior resourcing role with proven policy, process and toolkit development.

Confident running large‑scale campaigns and attraction events.

Experienced recruiting Drivers, Warehouse teams, commercial roles, and senior/technical positions.

Developed strategies focused on reducing TTH, lowering CPH and increasing direct hire success.

CIPD qualification in a relevant field advantageous.

A‑Level standard essential; degree desirable but experience equally valued.

Comfortable working with sales, commercial and multi‑site operational teams.

Able to champion and role‑model organisational values.

Strong working knowledge across key applications.

Experienced in improving ATS workflows and recruitment processes.

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
