Due to continued growth, we are looking for an organised and technically minded IT Systems Coordinator to support and maintain our internal IT systems, hardware and business software.

The Role
The IT Systems Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the company's day-to-day technology requirements.
You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining computers, user accounts, laptops and mobile devices, while also assisting with the management of our internal databases and business systems.
The role combines traditional IT support with systems administration and offers significant opportunity for growth as the business continues to develop.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and configure new computers, laptops, mobile devices and user accounts
- Manage Microsoft 365 accounts, email systems and user permissions
- Provide first-line IT support to office staff and field engineers
- Maintain and troubleshoot company laptops and hardware
- Support the company's internal reporting systems and Excel-based processes
- Assist with maintaining and improving the company management database
- Diagnose and resolve software, hardware and network issues
- Liaise with third-party software providers and IT support partners
- Maintain IT asset registers and equipment records
- Assist with data management and system administration tasks
- Provide support for printers, scanners and office equipment
- Help identify opportunities to improve business systems and processes
RequirementsEssential
- Strong general IT knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Good understanding of Windows operating systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
- Knowledge of user account administration
- Experience with databases or business management software
- Previous IT support, helpdesk or systems administration experience
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals
