What will your day look like?

We currently have a vacancy for a Grounds Maintenance Operative, working across various sites throughout Kent.
Core working hours are 8am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday with extra hours sometimes required.
You will carry out general grounds maintenance.
You will be proactive in helping assess for maintenance issues, health and safety.

What makes a successful Grounds Maintenance Caretaker?

You will show a keen interest in gardening, no trade qualifications are required but previous experience in a similar type role would be highly advantageous.
You will demonstrate good decision-making skills and common sense.
You will take pride in consistently providing a high standard of customer service as you will be acting as a Community Property Care representative when on site.
You will have experience of working to achieve agreed targets and completing them within an agreed time frame.
You will be a team player who ensures that all our estates and communal areas are clean, tidy and in a safe condition.
You will live in or around the Folkestone area to enable the morning pick up and afternoon drop off.
You must hold a current and full Driving Licence (essential as on occasions you will be required to use a Company van as a tool of the job).
