Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Machine Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical and electrical background. This role is essential for maintaining our equipment's operational efficiency and ensuring high-quality production standards. The successful applicant will also demonstrate excellent customer service skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Duties
- Operate, maintain, and repair various types of arcade game machines.
- Assembly of machines, including fitting coin mechanisms and credit pcb's.
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively, including fault finding and repairs of machines.
- Utilise logic controllers for machine operation and diagnostics.
- Provide leadership and supervision to junior technicians when necessary.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally by providing technical assistance over the telephone.
Requirements
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in machine maintenance.
- Strong electrical skills, including familiarity with wiring systems and troubleshooting electrical components.
- Ability to read and understand technical schematics and diagrams.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to supervise others effectively.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for clear communication within the team and with clients.
