Home Manager | Templeton House Care Home | Ayrshire, Scotland
£60,000 - £65,000 Per Annum + Annual Bonus (40%) + Private Medical Ins.
Some Home Manager opportunities are about maintaining success.
Others are about creating it.
Templeton House Care Home offers a rare opportunity to lead a well-established service with strong foundations, a loyal team and a respected local reputation, whilst shaping the next chapter of its journey.
Located in Ayrshire, Templeton House is a 69-bed care home providing residential, nursing and dementia care across three dedicated communities. For many years, the home has been a trusted choice for families seeking high-quality care delivered with compassion, dignity and professionalism.
Today, the home continues to benefit from an experienced core team, strong relationships within the local community and an excellent 9.9 Carehome.co.uk review score. Occupancy remains healthy, and agency usage is relatively low compared to many services across the sector in this region.
At the same time, we recognise there is more to achieve.
Templeton House currently holds Care Inspectorate grades of 3,4,4,5,5, and while there are many strengths to build upon, we are looking for a leader who can drive greater consistency, strengthen clinical oversight, develop the team and continue improving the quality of care and resident experience.
This is not a turnaround project. Nor is it a home that has reached its ceiling. It is a service with significant potential and a genuine opportunity for the right Home Manager to leave a legacy.
