Summary

'We are seeking an experienced Engineering Stores Manager to oversee our hydraulic parts inventory, procurement, and warehouse operations at our Ayrshire location. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and supporting our commitment to excellence in hydraulic solutions.'
'Responsibilities'
' Manage and optimize inventory levels of hydraulic components to meet production demands.

Lead procurement activities, negotiating with suppliers to secure the best terms.
Oversee warehouse operations, including stock management, materials handling, and logistics.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Supervise warehouse staff, providing training and support for optimal performance.
Serving customers at the trade counter which involves making hose assemblies'
'Qualifications'

Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain within the hydraulics or industrial components sector.
Strong negotiation skills and experience with procurement.
