About The Role

Parts Manager

Marshall Ford Cambridge
£35,000 basic salary | £47,000 OTE + company car; 25 days’ annual leave + bank holidays (increases with service); Life assurance & pension scheme; Discounts on car purchase, servicing & more; Access to exclusive shopping and lifestyle perks.
Full-time | 47.5 hour week. Week 1 8AM - 17.30PM / Week 2 8AM - 18.00PM. 1 in 3 Saturdays - 8AM - 13.00PM

Take the lead in managing parts operations with one of the UK’s most respected automotive groups.

At Marshall Ford Cambridge, we’re offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to oversee and drive the success of our Parts department, ensuring outstanding service and operational excellence.

In this role:

You’ll lead and motivate the parts team, providing clear direction and support to maximise productivity and team morale.
You’ll manage stock levels efficiently while minimising costs, and ensuring timely and accurate departmental administration.
You’ll maintain professional relationships with suppliers and external partners to support smooth operations.
You’ll drive sales growth by maximising parts sales to both trade and retail customers, delivering excellent customer care and satisfaction.

We’re looking for:

Someone with experience in a Parts Supervisor or Management role, ideally with previous franchised dealership experience.
Someone with a calm, professional approach and excellent stakeholder management abilities.
Most importantly, someone who shares our values and takes pride in delivering both great results and a supportive, positive working environment.
