Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional service and operational excellence within our hospitality environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily restaurant or hotel operations, ensuring a seamless experience for guests while fostering a positive, team-oriented workplace. As a Manager, you will be instrumental in driving team performance, maintaining food safety standards, and elevating the overall guest experience through strong leadership and culinary expertise.

Duties

Lead and supervise daily food preparation, cooking, and service activities to ensure high-quality standards are consistently met.
Oversee food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment.
Manage team members across various roles including serving, food production, and hospitality staff, providing coaching and support to foster growth.
Coordinate kitchen operations, including food production schedules, inventory management, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
Train staff on culinary techniques, food presentation, and customer service best practices to enhance guest satisfaction.
Monitor operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and service quality.
Foster a positive team culture by promoting leadership, collaboration, and accountability among staff members.

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hotel setting with strong team management skills.
Extensive culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to motivate and guide teams effectively.
Background in hospitality or restaurant operations with hands-on kitchen experience.
Familiarity with food production processes and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Experience in managing food service teams including barista or serving roles is highly desirable.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
