About the Role

IM Energy Solutions is looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing sales team. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and supporting business growth through proactive outbound sales activity.

Working within a fast-paced environment, you'll engage with businesses, generate qualified opportunities, and contribute directly to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to identify and engage potential customers.
Generate and qualify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Develop strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
Promote additional products and services where appropriate.
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
Work closely with senior sales colleagues to hand over qualified opportunities.
Consistently achieve individual performance targets and KPIs.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in B2B telesales, lead generation, or outbound sales.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Confidence speaking with decision-makers over the phone.
Ability to overcome objections and remain positive under pressure.
Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills.
A target-focused mindset and desire to achieve results.
Experience within the utilities or energy sector is essential.
