Front Office Manager - AC Hotel by Marriott Birmingham NEC & Airport

Our Birmingham Airport hotel is entering an exciting new phase, having had extensive renovation, a new name and brand as AC Hotel by Marriott and a renewed focus on quality, guest experience, and dining.

At AC Hotels, we focus on the details that really matter. Our spaces are modern and thoughtfully designed, and our service is simple, smooth and genuine.

As we begin this new chapter, we’re looking for a Front Office Manager who shares this mindset and enjoys creating a calm, welcoming experience for every guest.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading and supporting the Front Office team day to day
Making sure guests have a smooth and positive experience throughout their stay
Keeping standards high and consistent
Handling feedback or any issues in a professional, friendly way
Working closely with other departments to keep everything running seamlessly
Supporting upselling in a natural, guest-focused way
Coaching and developing your team

About You

3 years experience in a Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager role
A supportive leader who stays calm under pressure
Well organised with a good eye for detail
Passionate about great service that feels natural and easy
Confident communicator
Knowledge of Opera or similar systems would be helpful
