At System C, we use technology to help improve health and care outcomes across the UK. Our work supports the people and organisations delivering vital services every day, and our Talent Acquisition team plays an important role in helping us find and hire great people.
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Associate to join our team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone at the start of their career who is highly organised, proactive, confident using systems and interested in how technology, data and AI can improve the way teams work.
About the role
This is a busy, varied and collaborative role at the heart of our recruitment function. You will help keep hiring activity moving smoothly, supporting candidates, hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team throughout the recruitment process.
You will work with different systems, manage recruitment data, coordinate interviews and help make sure every candidate has a positive and professional experience with System C.
This role would suit someone who enjoys being organised, solving problems, learning new tools and improving how things are done. You do not need years of recruitment experience. What matters most is your attention to detail, curiosity, communication skills and willingness to get involved.
What you will be doing
You will:
- Coordinate recruitment activity across the hiring process.
- Set up and maintain job requisitions accurately in our systems.
- Schedule interviews and assessments with candidates and interview panels.
- Support candidates with questions and updates throughout the process.
- Keep recruitment data accurate across systems such as our ATS and Workday.
- Help track pipelines, activity and recruitment progress.
- Support recruitment reporting and provide useful insights from data.
- Work with the Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers and HR Operations.
- Help ensure recruitment processes are consistent, compliant and well organised.
- Support pre-boarding and onboarding handovers.
- Look for ways to improve processes, save time and improve the candidate experience.
What we are looking for
This role is open to entry-level candidates. Experience in recruitment, HR administration, coordination, customer service or operations would be useful, but it is not essential.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail, especially when working with data.
- A proactive approach and the confidence to take ownership.
- Good communication skills and a professional, helpful style.
- An interest in technology, systems, AI, automation or data.
- A curious mindset and a willingness to learn.
- Confidence using tools such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets or online systems.
- The ability to work well in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
Why join System C
You will join a supportive Talent Acquisition team where you will be encouraged to learn, ask questions and build your skills. You will gain hands-on experience across recruitment operations, systems, data, candidate experience and process improvement.
This is a great opportunity to start or grow your career in Talent Acquisition while contributing to work that supports health and care services across the UK.
If you are organised, curious, proactive and excited by the idea of using technology and data to improve recruitment, apply today.
