B-Spoke Kitchens is a leading Scottish kitchen manufacturer with our own factory, supplying and installing bespoke kitchens throughout Scotland. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Kitchen Sales Designer to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional with a passion for design and a proven track record in the KBB industry.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Sales Designer who can confidently manage customers from initial enquiry through to design presentation and sale.
You will work with qualified appointments, creating inspiring kitchen designs, providing expert product knowledge, and delivering an outstanding customer experience while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct showroom and in-home design consultations.
- Design bespoke kitchens using WinnerFlex, Winner Design and KBB software.
- Produce accurate plans, renders and quotations.
- Understand customer requirements and create tailored design solutions.
- Present designs professionally and confidently close sales.
- Recommend appliances, worktops, storage solutions and accessories.
- Liaise with surveyors, planners and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM system.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
What We're Looking ForEssential
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in kitchen sales and design.
- Experience working within a kitchen showroom or KBB environment.
- Proficiency using WinnerFlex and/or Winner Design software.
- Strong understanding of kitchen planning, layouts and product specification.
- Proven ability to convert enquiries into sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable
- Experience using KBB planning software.
- Knowledge of kitchen manufacturing and installation processes.
- Experience selling premium or bespoke kitchens.
- Experience carrying out home design appointments.
