Overview
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our sales team, dedicated to promoting and selling our premium range of well established UK manufactured traditional lanterns. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for heritage products and a flair for building strong relationships over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

Contact existing and prospective customers within the electrical wholesale sector to promote our lantern range
Identify new sales opportunities, qualify leads, and convert enquiries into orders
Build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and sales using CRM systems
Develop a strong understanding of the lantern range to confidently handle customer queries and objections
Collaborate with external sales representatives to ensure seamless customer service and follow-up
Work towards individual and team KPIs, contributing to overall business growth

Requirements

Previous experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service, ideally within the lighting or electrical industry
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Confident, persuasive, and target driven
Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using CRM and sales tracking tools
A genuine interest in lighting and traditional design is a plus
