About Us

Tiny Mammoth was founded to bring joy through exceptional cookies and coffee, made with the finest ingredients and served in a warm, welcoming space. With two London locations, we’re proud to be part of the local community.

We’re looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Bakery Manager to lead daily operations across the bakery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for quality baking and hospitality, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience while maintaining smooth and efficient operations.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee all daily operations including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling and inventory management
Cookie production and baking ensuring quality and consistency in flavour and presentation
Manage inventory, order supplies, and control stock to minimise waste
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times
Lead, train, and motivate bakery staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food preparation
Monitor and control food costs
Develop strategies to boost sales, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.
Maintain the highest possible standard in stores for both workplace and customer facing areas
Handle customer enquiries professionally and resolve any issues promptly

Experience

Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow in this industry
Proven experience in food production, food preparation, or cooking within a bakery or similar environment
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in hygiene management
Previous restaurant or bakery management experience is highly desirable
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Familiarity with managing and and ability to inspire a team
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
Flexibility to work mornings and weekends as required- we open during the day so no late nights!
