Due to continued growth within our ventilation and energy services division, we have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Ventilation Contracts Manager to join our strong and stable company.
This role is ideally suited to someone with experience in ventilation, construction, mechanical services, or retrofit projects who is looking to progress into contracts and project management within a growing sector.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist Contracts Managers with the delivery of ventilation and associated building services projects.
- Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials, and site activities to ensure projects run efficiently.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, site teams, and office staff regarding project progress.
- Attend site visits, progress meetings, and inspections as required.
- Ensure works are completed in line with programme requirements, specifications, and company standards.
- Support compliance with Health & Safety procedures and company policies.
- Assist with project documentation, reports, and completion records.
- Monitor installation quality and identify any issues affecting programme or performance.
- Support PAS 2035 / PAS 2030 compliance requirements where applicable.
- Assist with ordering materials and scheduling deliveries.
- Provide support to the wider contracts and office team as required.
General:
- Provide general support to management by being flexible to work additional hours when required.
- Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures.
- Maintain a professional and proactive approach when dealing with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
The Person:
- Previous experience within ventilation, mechanical services, construction, or retrofit is preferred.
- Good understanding of site-based construction environments.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Must be able to fit into a team environment.
- Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
- Knowledge of PAS 2035 / PAS 2030 is desirable but not essential.

08:00 to 17:15 Monday to Thursday
08:00 to 13:30 Friday
