Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fryer Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of foods with precision and care, ensuring high-quality standards are met at all times. Your energetic approach to food preparation will contribute to delivering delicious, dishes that delight our customers. Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and set up fryers for cooking, ensuring all equipment is clean and functioning properly
Cook a variety of foods according to established recipes and quality standards
Monitor cooking times and temperatures to achieve optimal texture and flavor
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the fryer station, adhering strictly to food safety regulations
Assist with meal assembly, plating, and serving to ensure timely delivery of orders
Follow all safety procedures when handling hot oil and kitchen equipment
Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple frying stations

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation or kitchen environments, preferably in a restaurant setting
Knowledge of cooking techniques, especially frying methods, and food safety practices
Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining quality standards
Strong attention to detail when measuring ingredients and monitoring cooking processes
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards serving customers
Basic understanding of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
