Full job description

Our core aim is helping to ensure our customers find their ideal bed. A bed specific to individual requirements that provides adequate back care support and ensures a truly restful night’s sleep, enabling beds.ie customers to awake from their slumber reenergised, refreshed and ready for the new day ahead.

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our Beds.ie team.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the administration of processing of sales calls that come in as well as online queries.
Ensure that all customer enquiries are handled in a professional manner and used as a sales opportunity.
Ensure that customers’ accounts are prepared and maintained and that payments are dealt with according to company’s cash handling procedures.
Arrange deliveries / appointments with customers by telephone or on person.
Contact suppliers and check expected arrival dates of goods to the premise.

The Requirements

Minimum 1 years experience working in a busy telesales office environment
Proven to be customer driven with the ability to communicate at all levels.
Motivated, with keen attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Please note this position is part time 4/5 days per week on a 2 weekly rota- hours below. Hours advertised are minimum hours and additional hours may be available for holiday cover and at busy times.

Week 1

Mon - 1.30-5.30

Tue - 3.30-5.30

Thur - 3.30-5.30

Fri - 4.30-5.30

Sat - 10.00-4.00

Week 2

Mon - 1.30-5.30

Tue - 3.30-5.30

Thur - 3.30-5.30

Fri - 3.30-5.30

Sat - 1.00-2.00 (this shift will be dropped in time)
