Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Counter Staff and fryer to join our team in a vibrant and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidates will have a passion for food and customer service, ensuring that every customer has a delightful experience. You will play a crucial role in our operations, assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent service.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
Prepare food items in accordance with food safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the counter and kitchen area.
Assist in the preparation of food items, ensuring high quality and presentation.
Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
Handle cash transactions and operate the till with basic maths skills.
Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service hours.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary setting is preferred but not essential.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
A positive attitude and willingness to help both customers and team members.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
