Join our Belfast-based team at the forefront of commercial aviation, directly supporting major Airbus programs and global aerostructures. You will have the unique opportunity to oversee the quality of advanced wing components where your technical expertise ensures the safety of the next generation of aircraft. This is a chance to drive engineering excellence within a world-class manufacturing site at the heart of Northern Ireland’s aerospace hub.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM:

As our Senior Quality Engineer, you will serve as the primary steward of product integrity, ensuring that all components departing our facility strictly adhere to international aerospace standards.
Your responsibilities will involve interpreting complex customer specifications and leading cross-functional teams to resolve non-conformances through robust corrective action.
Furthermore, you will hold a central position within our Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) processes, providing critical oversight and quality assurance from the initial design stages through to final delivery.

ABOUT YOU:

Experienced Professional: You offer a strong professional background within a manufacturing or engineering function, bringing practical expertise
Technical Expert: You possess a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing and assembly techniques - including planning, procurement, tools - ensuring that quality is seamlessly integrated into every stage of the production cycle
Compliance Minded: You have a solid grasp of quality tools and technical documentation; while experience with aerospace standards (such as AS9100) is advantageous, it is not mandatory
